From physical to digital

As the current health crisis lasts longer than expected generating many uncertainties and new measures taken by governments and companies on the possibilities to travel to Paris area or attend any event in the coming months, the Steering and Organizing Committees of the SIA Powertrain & Energy // Rouen 2020 congress and the SIA Board have discussed and acted the following :

1. Impossibility to hold our congress as a face-to-face event in Rouen next November but in order to highlight the great work provided by the speakers and the excellency of the programme, we are working on an attractive DIGITAL PLATFORM. Once registered under a very special fee, participants will have the possibility to view the FULL PROGRAMME presentations (no live stream but recorded presentations) during 15 days from 16 November to 29 November. Proceedings (PDF version), speakers’ bios and abstracts could also be reviewed and downloaded via this platform.

2. Moreover we all agreed on the fundamental need to meet again, network, exchange, interact all together more than ever after this dreadful time and we focus all our energy on preparing our next face-to-face event SIA Powertrain, Energy & Power Electronics Congress // Port-Marly on June 9th & 10th, 2021.

We hope that all of you and our partners emerge stronger at the end of this crisis.

Thank you for your continuous support, flexibility and understanding that allow us to keep our SIA PWTE 2020 congress alive and running even as a digital platform.

Stay safe and take care!
