International Congress : SIA POWERTRAIN & POWER ELECTRONICS // Digital Edition 2021

  • 9 & 10 June 2021
  • Digital Edition

Return to the SIA PWTE 2021 Congress

This 2021 edition of the SIA «Powertrain & Power Electronics» conference was a special one: the first in a 100% digital format.

We wanted to keep the usual program with live sessions and round tables so that the coverage of the thematic areas would be as broad as ever and the technical and scientific content as rich as ever. I hope you enjoyed it.

The challenge of mass electrification of vehicles to take the trajec-tory of total decarbonization was at the center of the discussions at “Powertrain & Power Electronics”.

The organizing committee was naturally keen to ensure that the full spectrum of electric and hybrid drivetrain technologies was covered:
  • > Electrified Thermal Engine & Energy Recovery
  • > Power Electronics & Electric Machines Technologies
  • > Electrified Propulsion Systems
  • > Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Systems

But emerging topics determining the development of electrified powertrains also had to be addressed:
  • > Life Cycle Assessment and Eco-responsible design covering entireproduct life cycle from  emission, energy and resources viewpoint.
  • > Electric mobility ecosystem with charging infrastructure as a keyfactor for low and zero carbon technologies widespread.

On behalf of the conference chairmen, I thank you for your participation and your support. We hope that your participation has been fruitful and that the virtual exhibitions have brought you new opportunities.

THE EVENT IN FIGURES :

  • 520 attendees
  • 54 lectures in 4 parallel sessions
  • 2 keynote speeches and 3 panel discussions
  • 2500 messages exchanged
  • 762 discussions launched
  • 60 1-to-1 video calls

A special thanks to the exhibitors who trusted us during this premiere:
