Student Committees bring together students from engineering schools and universities who are interested in the automotive industry and wish to increase their knowledge of the industry and start building up a network of contacts. The Student Committees work in close conjunction with the Regional Committees.

Activities are organized by a chairperson, supported by a board, and include:

• Visits to companies, accompanied by young SIA members, to get a real-life view of the industrial world.
  
• Meetings with leading figures from the automotive industry who talk about their careers and the wide range of opportunities in the industry.
• A Trophy: this competition is intended for the education world and for students. The objective is the design and building, by multidisciplinary teams, of a movable vehicle respecting regulations in favor of innovations and "0 emission" energies.
• Free evening conferences where you can discover or find out more about new techniques and news topics.
• Work experience and job offers
