Our scope of activity concerns industrial and passenger vehicles, intermodal transportation and all of its impacts.

Our activities focus on customer requirements: performance, fuel conservation and automobile emission control and on technology: traditional technologies and the new solutions regarding the product or its use.

Cross-committee activities in particular include work on: quality and reliability, simulation, materials, and recycling.

Committee activities in the form of regularly scheduled meetings or via modern means of communication..

Work groups, made up of approximately a dozen experts, with the objective of exploring and working together on new topics.

Workshops, where twenty or so participants debate and share ideas about a given topic following a presentation made by an expert in the field.

Conferences and seminars, geared to a wider audience, to assess the state of progress in a particular area and give an overall perspective on a given theme.

Continuing education courses that meet identified needs and enable attendees to acquire and apply tried-and-tested methodologies.

Anyone in the automobile industry: From design to recycling, anyone involved in the construction and improvement of quality and dependability: product or process designers, researchers, project managers, as well as manufacturing, quality, after-sales, and purchasing managers, etc.
