Our scope of activity is exterior and interior bodywork and equipment

Our activities focus on customer requirements: non-dynamics-related comfort, passive safety, ergonomics, acoustics, perceived quality and design, and on technology: body-in-white, materials (metal and plastic), cockpit and controls, seats and all interior trim, as well as exterior bodywork equipment.

Cross-committee activities in particular include work on: quality and reliability, simulation, weight reduction, recycling, vehicle information, etc.

Committee activities in the form of regularly scheduled meetings or via modern means of communication.

Workshops, where twenty or so participants debate and share ideas on a given topic based on a presentation by an expert in that field.

Conferences and seminars, geared to a wider audience, to assess the state of progress in a particular area and give an overall perspective on a given theme.

Continuing education courses that meet identified needs and enable attendees to acquire and apply tried-and-tested methodologies.

Anyone in the automobile industry: Engineers, technicians and managers from automobile and equipment manufacturers, service providers, laboratories, schools and universities, research centres, etc.. Participants are drawn from many different functional areas within the automobile industry: design, manufacturing, purchasing, after-sales and services.
