OUR AMBITION   OUR FIELDS OF ACTIVITY
     
  • To discuss and brainstorm together to promote ongoing improvement in this vital area: Improved customer satisfaction. This customer wants to use his/her vehicle with the least constraints possible (economic constraints and in terms of availability)

  • To provide information about:
    - Technical developments (electronics, computing, new materials)
    - Environmental developments
    - Economic developments (and consumerism)
    - Regulatory developments

  • To promote the integration of after-sales as of the design stage

  • To adapt training to make the different people involved aware of the constraints of maintenance
 
  • The Technical Committee is interested in the consequences of product choice, from design and manufacturing to marketing, which will have an impact on the “after-sales” cycle.

  • Participants explore the development of after-sale functions (in terms of material and human resources): powertrain, bodywork-painting, electronics, and structural organization (replacement parts)

  • Members also work together on developing supplier partners:
    - Insurers / experts,
    - Technical Controllers
    - Fleet Managers

HOW WE WORK   OUR TARGETS
     
  • Work groups made up of a small number experts, with the objective of summarizing the current situation and possible developments.

  • Workshops to debate and discuss a given subject based on a testimonials in the field and the point of view of experts in the area.

  • Conferences and seminars, geared to a wider audience, to assess the state of progress in a particular area and give an overall perspective on a given theme..

  • Ongoing training sessions, meeting defined needs, whose objective is to improve service performance.
 
  • Anyone in the automobile industry: From design to recycling, anyone involved in design, as well as all people involved in service activities.

OUR ORGANIZATION
 
Each technical committee is formed around a chairperson and officers, who meet regularly to decide on directions and action to be taken.
