The SIA and its Technical, Regional and Student Committees regularly organize events: congresses, study days, workshops, work groups, conferences, factory and laboratory tours.

The congresses and study days target a wide audience, providing a snapshot of the automotive industry and an overview of a given subject. A reduced rate is offered to SIA members.

These events provide you with an opportunity to exchange information and ideas, meet experts, introduce yourself and extend your network.

Workshops are attended by twenty or so participants and involve debate and exchanges on a given topic following a presentation made by an expert in the relevant field. They are only available to members.

Work groups involve about 10 experts (SIA members whose objective is to explore and work together on new subjects). Conferences, factory and laboratory tours are organized for SIA members (mainly students).
